Where can I buy RUN-CHICKEN products?
We recommend that all customers only purchase genuine RUN-CHICKEN products directly from our website www.run-chicken.com or Amazon store. Please note that purchasing products from unauthorized retailers is always at your own risk. These products do not represent RUN-CHICKEN’s high standards for safety, materials, or quality of construction, and we cannot guarantee your safety. Your personal data and credit card information may also be at risk if you purchase from unauthorized retailers.
How do I check the legitimacy of RUN-CHICKEN products before purchasing?
Genuine RUN-CHICKEN products are made from aluminum and have a specific “chicken” logo that represents the border line of the country Slovenia. If you find an (online) retailer that may be offering counterfeit RUN-CHICKEN products or if you have concerns about the legitimacy of a product that you have purchased, please contact us via our customer service channels and provide as many details as you can (images of the item you purchased, the name and location of the seller and/or the website address). This will help us to identify the problem and follow up accordingly.
Where does RUN-CHICKEN ship to, and how much does shipping cost?
We ship worldwide, except to the following countries: China, India, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Russia. Shipping is free on all orders over $120 when purchasing RUN-CHICKEN products from our official shop (www.run-chicken.com).
How long will it take to receive my product? Where can I track my parcel?
We will ship any purchase you make in RUN-CHICKEN official shop as promptly as possible, usually in three days. Once your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail with information about the estimated delivery time and tracking details. You can insert the tracking number directly in the carrier’s tracking system to follow your package. Delivery for the USA usually takes 2–3 days and 3–5 days for other countries.
How do I return RUN-CHICKEN product?
We offer customers 30 days return policy and a full refund on all purchases in our official shop. In order to return the RUN-CHICKEN product, you must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original, unused, unaltered condition.
- The product must be returned with the original packaging.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty is valid for 1 year. The warranty can be claimed online by registering the product at https://run-chicken.com/product-registration/. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse, or misuse. The product’s warranty automatically expires in case of improper maintenance.
To qualify for our warranty, you must:
- Complete the online warranty registration form within 30 days of purchase.
- Be the original purchaser of the product. Used goods are sold to the exclusion of any warranty.
- Notify us of defects before the period expires.

Can I still get my RUN-CHICKEN product replaced if the warranty has expired?
If the RUN-CHICKEN product is out of warranty but is reparable, we are happy to help. Our customer support will determine the cost of the replacement part (plus associated shipping charges).

We have been manufacturing and selling the RUN-CHICKEN Automatic Coop Door since 2019. We are a very young company and very adaptable to the market because we make products to meet demand, and when we decide to renew a product, we can do so quickly and efficiently.What does the logo of RUN-CHICKEN stands for?
The logo of a rough chicken outline represents our home country map of Slovenia, EU, shaped like a running chicken. This was also an inspiration for the brand’s name RUN-CHICKEN because the map looks like it depicts a running chicken.
Firmware Update & Repair – FAQ
Why did my RUN-Chicken Door stop working after an update?
This can happen if the firmware update is interrupted. Common reasons include:

Bluetooth connection drops

Phone is too far from the door

Phone loses internet connection

The door loses power (batteries removed or empty)

The app is closed during installation
When this happens, the door may enter OTA (Over-The-Air) mode, meaning no firmware is currently installed.

How do I fix it?

Stay close to the door with a stable Bluetooth and internet connection.

Open the RUN-Chicken App.

Tap Repair (instead of Connect).
-
Keep the app open and wait until the repair is finished.

What if I already deleted the device from the app?
Don’t worry. The door will appear in the Add Device list as “Run Chicken Device.”

Open the app → tap Add Device.

Select your device (door, feeder, giant door, etc.).
-
Go through the installation process.

Rename your device if you want.

What if the repair fails?
If your phone cannot find or connect to the device:

Remove the batteries for at least 5 seconds.
-
Reinsert the batteries.
-
Repeat the repair process.
