RUN-CHICKEN doors are high-quality products made in Europe. We use aluminum as the main material for the door, which means they are really sturdy in comparison to plastic or wood. All RUN-CHICKEN doors are waterproof (IP56 Standard) and durable. We run several environmental tests to make sure you get a quality product that will last for years.
The RUN-CHICKEN Automatic Coop Door can withstand very cold temperatures, but for the sake of your chickens, you should insulate your coop, use heat lamps if needed, and heat the water to keep it from freezing. This will ensure that your chickens and the door will remain very happy.
We will ship any purchase you make in RUN-CHICKEN official shop as promptly as possible, usually in three days. Once your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail with information about the estimated delivery time and tracking details. You can insert the tracking number directly in the carrier’s tracking system to follow your package. Delivery for the USA usually takes 2–3 days and 3–5 days for other countries.

The warranty is valid for 1 year. The warranty can be claimed online by registering the product at https://run-chicken.com/product-registration/. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse, or misuse. The product’s warranty automatically expires in case of improper maintenance.
Since my early childhood, I was in contact with farm animals, but none were more interesting than chickens. They are so pre-historic in their nature but so important for all of us.
